    • Continue the Level 1 habits but add intensity—for example, extend your runs or choose more challenging reading.

    • Add an extra layer of self-discipline or a personal challenge that stretches your limits.

  • Goal: Push your boundaries and deepen your focus.

Level 3 (Extreme Lifestyle):

  • Live It:

    • Boffo mode becomes a lifestyle. Adapt the 45-minute focus sessions to your personal or career goals—whether it's practicing a craft, learning a new skill, or studying a subject.

  • Goal: Make self-improvement a permanent part of your life and inspire others.

The Boffo Moment

  • What It Is: A daily pause for mindfulness, positive self-talk, and gratitude reflection.

  • How to Do It: Spend a few minutes each day listing three things you’re grateful for and affirming one positive thing about yourself. (Optional but recommended!)
